Q: Does the jewellery come in original boxes?

A: Yes, of course. All items are delivered in original boxes, if the suppliers have made such.

Q: What about the warranty?

A: You have a  2-year guaranteeon your purchase, in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your jewelry is broken as a result of normal use, you can send us an email in which you describe the matter, and then you can send the item to us. We will then get it replaced / repaired by the manufacturer. Remember to save the invoice sent to you by email at the time of your purchase.

Q: Is it safe to shop with you?

A: Yes, absolutely. Personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, will not be communicated nor sold to a third party. Additionally, you are protected against abuse, since you can refuse payment when you receive your statement. Be-Fashionable does not have access to your credit card information and we won’t charge your credit card until after your order has been sent.

Q: How do I know that the products I buy from you are genuine, and not good copies?

A: Please see the link to our website at suppliers' own websites. This shows, of course, that we are authorized distributors of their products.

Q: What if I regret my purchase?

A: You always have 14 day return policy. If you regret your purchase, send the jewelery back to us in the same condition as you received it in. It is important that you enclose a copy of the order confirmation / invoice in the package and tell us if you want a refund or a different product. If the jewelery is sealed, it must not be broken.
